PORTERAGE
Porterage is free in our hotel : feel free to ask if you want us to take care of your luggage. We can also store your baggage when you check out if you want to freely enjoy your last day in Paris. This comes at no extra cost !
CHECK-OUT
You can check out at any time before 12pm on your last day at hotel Victoire & Germain. If you need to save time for departure, you can ask reception to check out the day before. If you would like to extend your stay and keep your room a few extra hours or even days, ask reception for rates and availabilities.
AIR CONDITIONING
Your room comes with autonomous reversible air conditioning : you can set it the way you want using the control panel that is next to your door. If you need help using it or want us to program it for you, ask reception.
CONCIERGE
Need help to plan out your stay ? reception team is here to give you advice, directions and place bookings for you. If you do not know where to start from, just tell us what you like and we will take care of everything !
MINIBAR
A complementary minibar is in every room. You will find rates in the directory. Everything will be automatically charged to your room except for what you take during your last night : please declare all incidentals to reception when you check out. If you need to use it to store food and beverages you may have bought in Paris just ask reception to empty it out so you can use all free space.
BREAKFAST
A continental buffet is served every day from 7 :30 am until 10 :00 am in the breakfast room in the basement : this costs €18 per person.. You can also opt for an express breakfast which costs €8 per person and includes a hot beverage, fruit juice and a pastry : you can have it in the lobby or take it away. If you are on a specific diet and have any allergies or intolerances (gluten, dairy…), do not forget to mention it to reception and we will offer a breakfast that suits your needs.
WELCOME TRAY
Every room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a kettle. These come with coffee and tea bags. If you need more, you can buy some from reception.
DRY CLEANING
Our partner is one of the best and most reactive dry cleaners you can find in the city. Drop your clothes today and they’ll be back tomorrow, or even tonight if you want! Rates are available at reception
TOILETRIES
We chose to work with a french ecofriendly brand which is definitely remarkable : Greenlab. Their cosmetics made for your well-being will help you finding happiness in the small things of life.

Ask reception for your next stay in Paris. If you book directly with us, we guarantee the best rate ! and it would really mean a lot to us if you wanted to come back. Really.

Hotel Victoire & Germain works with a local restaurant to bring you fresh and quality food.
LOBBY
A dedicated space is located behind reception. You can go there to relax, have a drink or simply gather with your friends and relatives. A free-to-use Nespresso machine and an honesty bar are at your disposal there.

Our hotel offers additional services : dry cleaning, taxi, shuttles… Ask your receptionist for the rates!
TELEPHONE
You can use it to call another room (press: 1+room number) in the hotel or to reach reception (press 9). Upon request, we will open the line so you can make national and international calls, these come at an extra cost.
